Todd Boyd is the Founder and CEO of RJL Supplements and oversees manufacturing, formulation, and regulatory compliance for the VoltaWell product line. Through RJL Supplements, Todd manages the technical side of production, ensuring that VoltaWell formulations are manufactured with precision, consistency, and strict quality control.
Biography
With more than two decades of experience managing complex production environments in both the energy and dietary supplement industries, Todd specializes in translating advanced nutritional concepts into stable, scalable manufacturing systems. His work focuses on precision ingredient scaling, blending integrity, and maintaining batch-to-batch consistency across production runs.
Todd has extensive experience implementing FDA dietary supplement manufacturing standards under 21 CFR Part 111 , including Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs), Batch Production Records (BPRs), and rigorous quality control procedures. His operational leadership ensures that every product manufactured under his supervision meets strict standards for safety, potency, labeling accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management from Bismarck State College , bringing an engineering mindset to manufacturing systems, operational safety, and process efficiency. At the intersection of formulation science and production discipline, Todd plays a critical role in turning VoltaWell’s hydration science into consistent, high-quality products delivered to customers.
